Notes

Large construction grants are more difficult in Wisconsin (due to state-level building codes). Wisconsin does get a set-aside allocation each year meaning that lower dollar amount construction grants ($1 million or less) and engineering/design type projects ($300k or less) are easier to fund in the existing evaluation.
